Jack Edward Leffingwell, age 74, of Fleming Island, Florida passed away on May 19, 2019. He was born April 28, 1945 in Corpus Christi, Texas, son of the late Gerald and Marian (Salisbury) Leffingwell. Crevasse's Simple Cremation is honored to be serving the Leffingwell family.
